晚餐 酸奶３００克（无糖无脂）小饼干
下了班去游泳了 今天的人还比较少 小池子里的人也不多 我可以无阻碍的有几个来回～～
等车的时候碰到几个阿拉伯人 恶心死了．．．．
晚上忍不住嘴馋 买了taille fine 的酸奶解解馋～～

昨天还想去游泳的 结果游泳池4点半下班~~哼次哼次的带了毛巾什么的都没用上 丢在了办公室~~今天一定要去成!
晚上睡得有点冷了~早上起来又饿得不行 但是还是忍住了 苹果醋要多难喝就有多难喝哦

游泳池的大门总算开了~~~5点55分到6点59~~不错 感觉超级好
水中腿部运动 游了几个小来回~明天坚持~~
不过晚上过多摄取了~~唉
